Managing Director

Sid brings extensive frontline and executive experience in security management to his role as Managing Director of Blackstone Group Holdings. His career spans the supervision of licensed venues, serving as a Site Supervisor and Operations Coordinator for a major government contract within the Department of Health with 500+ staff and 24/7 coverage, and later leading operations as the General Manager of a rapidly growing security firm.

Throughout these roles, Sid has developed strong leadership and management capabilities, with a clear focus on robust systems, compliance, and operational consistency. His commitment to structured processes ensures protocols are followed at all times, supporting both service quality and confidence from clients.

Eddy (Ahmed) El-Mobeid

Business Development Manager

With more than a decade of hands-on experience as a qualified boilermaker and fitter, Eddy has built a strong technical foundation across both mobile and fixed plant maintenance environments. His career spans multiple heavy-industry sectors, giving him a deep, practical understanding of operational requirements, workforce needs, and on-site challenges.

Eddy's extensive maintenance background - ranging from shutdowns and rapid response work to ongoing mobile and fixed plant support - has shaped a solutions-driven leadership style grounded in real industry experience. His ability to diagnose issues, optimise workflows, and manage high-pressure operations makes him a key driver of service quality and reliability at Blackstone Group.
